Thank you so much for the experience that I had with you both during this process of selling my house. Like I mentioned, I’ve had it for almost 30 years this coming January.
It was and still is an emotional time but you all have such kindness and respect about it. I have to admit I almost backed out a couple times because I just didn’t want to let it go.
Communication is very important for both parties. Your communication and being accessible was a true blessing to make the process even go better than expected.
Setting the closing date was absolutely perfect for my situation. We both had to adjust because of things happening but it worked out in a great way.
You are very fair in the whole process and showing a non-greedy attitude were definitely wonderful character traits.
I always give God the credit for the process and how He orchestrated everything. He gave me peace through it all that this is what I needed to do.
Initially through Nick and going to the municipal building for a Occupancy Permit that should have been done a long time ago but didn’t know it, God had me sell the house in a miraculous way without even listing it.
I am ever so grateful that you guys are going to take care of it. I just didn’t have the extra money with one income to invest into it the way it should be.
